2. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
All products are fulfilled by our third-party print provider, Printify.
Printify is responsible for:
Printing
Production quality
Packaging
Shipping fulfilment
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your items are produced and shipped by Printify’s network of print providers.
3. Product Information
All items are made to order, meaning:
Slight variations in print colour or placement may occur
Mockups may not perfectly represent the final printed item
Production times may vary depending on the print provider
We are not responsible for minor variations typical of handmade or print-on-demand products.
4. Pricing, Payments & Billing
Prices on our website are listed in £(GBP).
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
By completing a purchase, you agree to provide:
Accurate billing information
Accurate shipping information
Authorisation for charges to your payment method
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and can vary based on:
Destination country
Print provider location
Carrier delays
Seasonal volume
Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size selected
Wrong colour selected
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping address entered
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the issue
Your order number
Printify requires photographic evidence to approve replacements.
Lost Shipments
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it free of charge.
Wrong Address
If the address was entered incorrectly, a replacement can only be ordered at the customer’s expense.
7. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
Production may start immediately after payment is completed.
8. Accuracy of Information
We are not liable if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
Product descriptions, images, and sizing guides are provided for convenience only.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, graphics, and branding used on this website are the intellectual property of Yorkie Lover and/or its artists.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without written permission.
10. Prohibited Uses

Delays caused by Printify or shipping carriers
Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
Customer misuse of products
Third-party processing errors
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
