Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfilment

All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled through our print partner, Printify.

Once your order is placed, it is automatically sent to one of Printify’s production partners based on:

  • Your location

  • Product availability

  • Production capacity

Processing time:
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During peak seasons (holidays) this may extend by a few days.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the print provider’s location.

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia / NZ: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

 

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or local disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item type

  • Destination

  • Print provider location

  • Quantity ordered

Multiple items may ship separately depending on which production partner fulfils each item.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate as the carrier updates their system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot refund orders where the address was entered incorrectly.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace your order at no additional cost.

A shipment is considered lost when:

  • The carrier declares it lost

  • Tracking has not updated for 30+ days (US) or 40+ days (international)

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or peak seasons do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement.

International Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs processing times vary by country.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Shipments

Because Printify uses a global network of production partners, items from the same order may:

  • Ship from different facilities

  • Arrive in separate packages

This is normal for print-on-demand fulfilment.
