Refunds & Returns

At Yorkie Love every product is made to order and fulfilled through our print partner (Printify).

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Wrong colour

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

 

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

Please contact us at “shop@yorkielove.shop” within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

 

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, we will replace your order once the carrier confirms the loss.

 

Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. You may place a new order at your own cost.
